30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Alain Beauty Supply. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in, with the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@alainbeautysupply.com. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s).

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different product or size, please contact our customer service team. We will process your exchange once we receive your returned item(s) and will ship the new item(s) to you promptly.

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
